It began at midnight, with one new mum.
All these years and hundreds of doorsteps later, we still make every cake the same way — one at a time, by hand, for one very lucky little person.

In 2008, up late with her second baby, our founder set out to recreate a diaper cake she'd spotted online — using the very gifts she'd been given. Scissors, ribbon, a stack of diapers, and a lot of trial and error at the kitchen table.
The finished cake was almost too pretty to take apart. Friends asked her to make one. Then their friends did too. What began as one mum's midnight labour of love slowly became something people sought out for every new arrival in their lives.
We've been making gifts by hand ever since — from that first kitchen table to a little studio in Subang Jaya, and to doorsteps right across the Klang Valley. The tools got better; the care never changed.
