Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when we deliver PrettyCakes orders. For full delivery details, areas and fees, see our Delivery & Shipping page.

Delivery areas

We deliver across the Klang Valley and ship to the rest of West Malaysia by courier on request.

Timing & cut-offs

Cakes are made to order and typically ship within 2–3 working days. Same-day delivery is available in selected Klang Valley areas for orders placed before 12pm.

Delivery fees

Fees start from RM12 within the central Klang Valley and vary by distance. Orders over RM250 are delivered free within the Klang Valley. For orders sent to multiple addresses, a delivery fee applies per address, shown at checkout.

Failed or missed deliveries

Our team calls ahead where possible. If a recipient is unavailable, we will arrange re-delivery or follow your delivery instructions.

Damaged in transit

If a cake arrives damaged, WhatsApp us a photo within 24 hours and we will make it right.
